Other than the painful exhaust tip scrape, things went better than expected with that loading method.

The transporter came to get the car to deliver the Mazda to its owner yesterday. !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!

I’ll never forget the five minutes we had together, FD.

I’m not a wrecker operator, but that seems like rather unprofessional way to be doing that.

Oh the stories... This is a pretty mild case of sketchy loading and damage. I’ve seen some questionable stuff.

I would be willing to bet that the RX had to come off once or twice to move the other vehicles on/off. That exhaust tip is going to be wrecked by the time the new owner gets it.

sad to see it go.

exhaust scraping is possibly irrelevant, G.I. is likely to swap that out for something bigger and ricier

Not even addressing the sketchy wood/cinderblock/metal ramp situation, but it appears that the driver doesn’t have enough trailer to hold a third vehicle, assuming he gets the FD on the trailer in the first place.

My neighbor just picked it up for a friend because it was for sale locally. The buyer sent him a check to go get it, and has never seen it.

Aaah yes, true, I had read that when you originally posted it, I forgot the “bought for someone else” part. GI guy must be brave to buy this kind of car sight unseen

Wait, so you did a donut in a car that your neighbor bought for a GI that has never seen it?

Hm, deciding if I like that or not.......

Ok, I like that.

When he told me that he had decided he was no longer going to be friends with this dude after this. I (half joking) suggested that I had a plate for it, and we should go do donuts!

He said yes, what was I do to?

Believe me, the previous owner(s) and the transport guy did more damage to this car than I ever could have done.

My neighbor wanted video of the donuts because all of their mutual friends (who had already written the buyer off) were giving him shit online for allowing the buyer’s stupidity almost get him in trouble.

He started replying to everyone with this video, and felt a lot better about it.

I also fed my neighbor some replies to future posts by the buyer.

Buyer: “My dream car is finally on the road, it’s amazing”

Neighbor: “Hope you have as much fun as I did” (posts video)
